Business in a Box Success Story: $10k in 12 Days

Empire builders, you already know that building a successful ecommerce business is a journey full of many peaks and valleys. It can be easy to get discouraged along this road. However, success can be achieved with the right mindset and work ethic. I recently sat down with cousins and business partners Lindsay and Justin, who used our Business in a Box service. These two have put in the work and have been able to hit the $10k club in just 12 days. If you’re in need of some ecommerce motivation, read on to learn how Lindsay and Justin have overcome roadblocks on their road to success.

Finding Success With Business in a Box

At Ecommerce Empire Builders, we offer a service known as  Business in a Box. This is a service where our team builds and launches an entire business for you. While we set everything up for you, the Business in a Box program does not come without some work on your part, too. Lindsay and Justin, two of our newest members, have put in the work ten-fold and are reaping the benefits. The two cousins both have a passion for photography and have built their business around the photography niche. Their passion, combined with the right business mindset and work ethic, has allowed them to hit $10k in sales in just 12 days!

Hitting $10k in sales is certainly impressive for a young ecommerce business. What makes it even more impressive is that Lindsay and Justin have both maintained their full-time jobs during this process. Lindsay works as a lawyer but has always had an entrepreneurial vision. As a child, she even tried to sell sticks as firewood in her front yard. However, the demands of law school and full-time work put her business dreams on the back burner. Justin has also always had an entrepreneurial mindset. He even has his own brick-and-mortar retail business in South Africa.

The two cousins were financially secure when COVID-19 hit. But it made them question how secure they would be long-term. During their downtime at the beginning of the pandemic, they began researching ecommerce. That’s when Justin stumbled across Ecommerce Empire Builders on YouTube. After watching our videos, the cousins got right to work on building their own ecommerce empire.

Overcoming Countless Roadblocks

Screen grab of Peter Pru, Lindsay, and Justin discussing roadblocks

While Lindsay and Justin have found success in ecommerce, this success did not come without a few roadblocks along the way. Of course, with this as their first ecommerce venture, they had to overcome some steep learning curves the cousins. Lindsay credits the guidance of the team at Ecommerce Empire Builders with helping them overcome these hurdles. Working with the team at Ecommerce Empire Builders allowed Lindsay and Justin a place to seek guidance and maintain realistic expectations along their journey. The cousins knew how important it was to discuss problems with mentors without an emotional investment in their business. Having outside perspective and guidance is what encouraged Lindsay and Justin to keep going.

In their first 60 days, Lindsay and Justin had to deal with setting up their business, worrying about logistics, being blocked by Facebook and Stripe, and sorting out a mess with their business bank account. It would have been easy to throw in the towel. But the pair kept their cool and found a way to endure. It’s a good thing they stuck with it, too. Today, they have a thriving ecommerce photography business and are looking to expand even further.

Hitting the $50k Club

Screen grab of Peter Pru, Lindsay, and Justin discussing Business in a Box and how to start dropshipping

While hitting the $10k through our Business in a Box service was a milestone, Lindsay and Justin already have their sights set further. The cousins are hoping to hit the $50k club within the next few months. These are lofty goals. But the pair has already shown that they are willing and ready to put in the work to grow their ecommerce venture.

The cousins discussed that learning their roles in the business has helped them in their growth. Justin has taken on more of a logistic role. He sets up their Shopify website and comes up with offers and upsells. Lindsay has taken on more of a creative role; she does market research and pinpoints who their ideal customers are. The two have also begun to outsource, hiring another cousin as a VA to help with order fulfillment. With the help of Ecommerce Empire Builders, we believe that their teamwork and vision will take them far.

As for other aspiring ecommerce entrepreneurs, Lindsay and Justin advise others to keep a positive mindset, have a good work ethic, and find mentors like those at Ecommerce Empire Builders. The pair believe that having mentors to bounce their ideas, questions, and concerns off of has played a massive role in their success. Mentality and work ethic have also played a significant role in hitting the $10k club.

Lindsay and Justin’s thought process is that if others are achieving success in ecommerce, there’s no reason that they can’t. Lindsay and Justin believe that as long as they keep showing up and putting the hard work in, there’s no way they can fail in the long run. This is a great mindset to keep, and I look forward to seeing what these two can achieve.

Exposing Dropshipping: Why eCommerce and Dropshipping Are Legitimate Businesses

Hello Empire Builders! Whether you’re new here or you’ve been following us along on our journey, we’re excited to have you here as we talk about news sources exposing dropshipping to a wider public market. If you watch any of our videos, then you’ll see that we create content that showcases the benefits and strategies that make dropshipping such a phenomenal way to make money. For a while, we’ve had the upper hand in the market with our formulas, constantly growing network, and by being unafraid to take the risk and jump into the dropshipping world. Through trial and error, we’ve found success, and we want to share that with you.

Recently, CNBC released content exposing dropshipping as a way to make millions of dollars selling products on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Today we’re going to be dissecting their content and showing how it could impact your dropshipping business. First and foremost, let’s discuss what dropshipping is and look over CNBC’s findings.

What Is Dropshipping? Why We’re Called the Ultimate Middle Man

To make things easy to understand, the most efficient way to describe dropshipping is that it’s a business model that includes three parties:

  1. The Customer
  2. You
  3. Your Supplier

In a legitimate dropshipping business plan, you’ll have the consumer, a supplier, and yourself in order to create sales. Dropshipping itself is a logistical model. It’s essentially the idea of a supplier making, storing, and shipping your product while you, as the business owner and marketer, are focused on selling the product. You don’t control the manufacturing process or really have anything to do with the fulfillment center.

While articles and videos like CNBC’s suggest that ecommerce is a passing trend, the reality is that it’s been around for years. In the last five to ten years, people have started recognizing it more due to how quickly the world is transitioning into relying on digital markets for purchasing products.

Exposing Dropshipping: Is Dropshopping a Scam or a Legitimate Business?

Peter Pru watching and discussing CNBC's content about exposing dropshipping

Many articles that discuss dropshipping view it as a get-rich-quick scheme. The truth is that there is a surplus of marketers and vendors looking to make a quick buck. They’ll advertise a product and the consumer will never receive it, or it won’t be as advertised. Like any business franchise, you’ll unfortunately run into your share of scam artists. However, as CNBC discovered while exposing dropshipping, it is a legitimate idea that can be turned into a revenue-friendly business.

Due to the large number of scam ploys on the market, you have to find a way to earn trust and build rapport with many consumers. Just like your average business, it takes hard work and requires a little bit of elbow grease to create and maintain your dropshipping market.

Should You Follow Product Trends?

Peter Pru discussing how Untapped Focus is purely a dropshipped product

As Ecommerce Empire Builders, we prefer to focus on more evergreen, long-lasting products rather than short bursts of income. My personal goal is to market products that will follow a business model that lasts for years and will offer continual income instead of jumping on product trends that only go so far. While products like fidget spinners are great to throw out there and make money on, they don’t last.

As a shameless plug, one product I market is a supplement called Untapped Focus. I don’t have anything to do with the fulfillment center, the manufacturing process, or anything like that. When somebody makes an order, I don’t touch any of it. All I’m doing is marketing the product. My manufacturer is handling making the product, checking quality, storing it at the proper temperatures, and shipping it for me. They’re hands-on, while all I deal with is marketing and selling it.

Again, dropshipping isn’t a trendy model. It’s a logistical business model.

Unless a trending product is in your niche, I don’t recommend using a quick trend to make a little money. It’s not how I like to do business, and it’s not a long-term way to pull in revenue

Call It What It Is: A Proper Hustle

You’re always going to have the people “exposing dropshipping” and suggesting it won’t work. But if you’re ready to put in the time and effort, it’s like any other business model — it’ll always be around, and it can be successful. Regardless of articles or videos that call out the latest scammers, dropshipping is a legitimate way to run a business.

So many people forget that at the end of the day, it is a business, and what you put in is what you get out. Dropshipping is very easy to get started in, which is why so many people pursue it. However, many people don’t find success in it because they’re not putting in the time and effort. Instead, they’re looking for a quick way to make fast cash. Their expectations are shattered when they realize it’s not as simple as it sounds.

Dropshipping takes a good amount of time and work before you’re able to see a return on your investment. Your investment is your time, your hard work, and all of the effort you put into making your dropshipping business a success. Behind the scenes, it’s a logistical business model that requires genuine hard work and patience. In order to be successful with it, you have to recognize how it flows with the market. Also, you have to understand that you’ll face challenges as you would with any business.

Have high goals but realistic expectations. You’re most likely not going to go in and make thousands or millions on day one. You have to properly market and grow in your niche before you’re able to create the long-lasting, firm foundation for a dropshipping business.

Make a Name for Yourself

Entrepreneur working on his dropshipping business

Once you’ve used dropshipping platforms to get your foot in the door, start taking back control of your dropshipping business. Begin branding yourself and sourcing and pulling in your products to local warehouses and manufacturers where you can make adjustments that your consumers might want to see. Grow your business by upping your customer service and providing great communication to them. This will allow you to take control of your dropshipping business, be a little more hands-on until you perfect the product, and save money on shipping times or buying in bulk.

As fun as it is to see CNBC exposing dropshipping for the opportunity that it is, it still takes a lot of work to get started. If you want to learn more about how we find success in dropshipping by using sales funnels without using Shopify, Amazon, or any other platform, check out our webinar where we touch on the finer details of making a real business out of dropshipping. How Sina Went From $0 to $50k/Month Using My ClickFunnels Dropshipping Course

Welcome back, Empire Builders! Today I’m going to go over the highlights of a recent interview I did with $50k Club student Sina Sinry and paraphrase our conversation for you. Here’s some of the wisdom he had to share with you guys about his approach, rise to success, and experience with my Clickfunnels dropshipping course. Let’s jump right in.

How and When Did You Get Started in Ecommerce?

Sina:

I started near the beginning of COVID-19 around May 2020. Shopify seemed interesting, but I didn’t know how to go about selling. I began with digital products as a fun hobby, and I was so excited when my first product sold for $9. (The same product now sells for $250.) Like many of the comments I see in the group, my focus was on finding that special, unique product that no one else was selling.

As time went on, though, I realized I was overthinking it. I just had to find something I could sell that I had an interest in or could market well. When I posted my profits, everyone wanted to know the secret. I told them I just took the class and followed it step by step. Find something that’s selling well and do a good job of marketing it. It’s that simple.

How Did You Go About Starting Your Current Business? What Was Your Inspiration and Process for Growth?

Screen grab of Peter Pru and Sina Sinry talking about niches

Sina:

A friend of mine actually suggested it. My friend, now partner, saw a product selling well and suggested we sell it. So, we did. I started watching free videos online and learning more. Then I took Ecommerce Empire Builder’s Clickfunnels dropshipping course, and I started really understanding how it works.

Until then, I would message other group members for advice on specific things and watch videos to find answers. I feel like you don’t have to wait until you fully understand the whole process. You can just jump in, get started, and learn as you go. You can’t wait for the perfect product and perfect time because that will never happen. It doesn’t exist. You learn more by doing and seeing it first-hand.

What Were Some Hurdles You’ve Overcome Along the Way?

Dropshipper taking a course to learn new skills

Sina:

Well, selling digital products is great because you buy the content, make it into a product once, and sell it dozens of times. There’s a big profit margin. Also, at first, I was solely focused on using Facebook ads, but there were issues and limits to what I could make. I realized I had to branch out to other social media platforms.

When it comes to ads, I found a lot of success using the Ecommerce Empire Builder strategy. I don’t use a long introduction or talk about my brand a lot. I go straight to what people care about. They want to know what the product does and how to get it. That really worked for me.

Another issue I had was being caught up on what other people sell. I saw one of the Ecommerce Empire Builder interviews, and I thought I had to find out what that guy sells and sell the same thing. That doesn’t work, though. I had to find what I could sell well and have success with. What worked for him wouldn’t be the same as what worked for me.

Another issue I had was payment portals. I couldn’t get my system to work with anything but PayPal. I didn’t let that be an excuse, though. Just with PayPal, I still made $50k a month. I just had to go through the Clickfunnels dropshipping course and follow the steps. I had to watch them a few times to understand how to make it work with digital projects. Actually, I think I watched through the Clickfunnels dropshipping course five times before I understood how to make it work for me. But I didn’t give up. I kept working at it, and now I’m successful.

What Is Your Marketing Strategy? Do You Have an Organic Strategy?

Sina:

I do a lot on Instagram. There’s a large audience there. One mistake I see a lot is people solely focusing on their product and making their Instagram all about what they sell. People get bored with that quickly, though. What I do is try to make my content funny and interesting — instead of just about the product — so people want to follow me. It’s all related to my niche, but I include memes and posts that people can engage with and enjoy. I use the same general strategy on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.

Peter

I agree completely. We’ve had a lot of success with Instagram Reels and repurposing our TikTok content. You touched on a great point, though. If you don’t provide value, people won’t want to follow accounts just pushing products. It doesn’t matter what niche you’re in; providing content with value will make people stick around.

What Are Your Business Goals Moving Forward?

Screen grab of Peter Pru and Sina Sinry talking

Sina:

I’m branching out with more sites. I just started my second site and already have $12K gross sales. I’m in the same niche but selling a different product. At every stage, no matter what I’m doing, keeping the customer happy always leads to better results. So, moving forward, customer satisfaction is going to be a big focus, too.

I used to hear Ecommerce Empire Builders talk about the importance of email marketing and think, “No one even opens emails, so why bother?” Then I started using it, and it’s been working well. That will be part of my strategy moving forward as well.

Okay, Empire Builders, that’s all I’ve got for you today. Affiliate Marketing With Clickbank for Beginners in 2021: Earn Your First $100

Empire builders, one of the great benefits of running an online business is that there are many ways to generate multiple income streams. Some of them are relatively passive. That means you can pretty much just “set it and forget it” while still dedicating most of your time to your main business. Affiliate marketing with Clickbank is one of the best examples of this type of online income.

I want to emphasize that it shouldn’t be your only project. But affiliate marketing is a fantastic opportunity for just about anyone. Whether you have an established ecommerce business or are just getting started, I’m going to teach you how to make affiliate marketing with Clickbank.com work for you.

Why Affiliate Marketing With Clickbank Is the Icing on the Cake

I have a long history with affiliate marketing because this was actually the strategy I used to earn my very first dollar online. This was 13 years ago when I was a freshman in college and just beginning to dip my toes in the world of making money on the internet. My experience with affiliate marketing really opened up my mind to how the whole process of making money online works. So much has changed since then, and many methods are simply outdated. But affiliate marketing with Clickbank is still an excellent source of extra income in 2021.

If you don’t know anything at all about affiliate marketing, you can think of it like this:

An ecommerce business is trying to promote its products. But instead of spending all its marketing dollars on Facebook ads or something similar, it pays someone like you to promote the products. Affiliate marketers use a designated link, and they get a cut every time someone uses that link to purchase the product. Since the companies only have to pay when you actually make a sale for them, affiliate marketing is potentially a more effective source of traffic for them. In other words, these companies WANT you to succeed.

Of course, the problem with affiliate marketing is that you’re not working toward building your own business or creating your own assets. You’re really helping someone ELSE build their business. I recommend you take control of your ecommerce business by selling your own physical products or digital products. Even better, sell a combination of both. Then you can layer on the extra income from affiliate marketing as the icing on the cake.

Choosing a Product to Promote With Affiliate Marketing

Screen grab of Peter Pru exploring different offers for affiliate marketing with Clickbank

If you already have an ecommerce business and a built-in audience online, affiliate marketing is designed to fit in perfectly with your current niche. There’s literally an endless amount of products out there that you can be promoting. There are affiliate marketing offers for every type of consumer and in almost any market. For example, if you’re already selling fitness equipment or fitness-related information, you can promote a complementary product that has to do with fitness. The key is to find a quality product that people will actually be interested in. You really don’t want to go out there and promote something random that you’re not familiar with. Definitely try the product and learn as much as you can about it before recommending it to your audience.

If you haven’t gotten your business off the ground yet or maybe don’t even have a niche, you can choose an affiliate marketing product by thinking about your own interests, passions, and hobbies. I always recommend you use that as the starting point. Are you into video games, cooking, computers, or travel? These kinds of topics are typically evergreen. That means there’s always plenty of digital and physical products being launched in these niches. Choosing a popular topic is what makes it a scalable business with plenty of opportunities for you.

Using Clickbank.com for Affiliate Marketing

The place I love to use for affiliate marketing is Clickbank.com, and you can set up your account completely free. I’ve used all the different platforms out there for affiliate marketing. Clickbank.com is the best one, especially if you are looking for recurring affiliate marketing offers. That means you sell a subscription product that will go on to pay you a cut every single month. That’s the kind of excellent passive income you really need, and Clickbank.com is great for tracking those kinds of offers.

I did a live demo showing you how to use Clickbank.com to find some great offers, but it’s very simple to use. Log in and head to the Marketplace tab to sort through all the different affiliate products that are currently available. There’s a ton of different categories, and you want to choose the ones that are most relevant for your niche.

How the Math Works on Clickbank

Sticking with the fitness space, maybe you decide you want to promote a weight loss supplement. Head to the weight loss supplements and compare all the different options. Clickbank.com provides crucial information to help you choose the right product, like the average percent conversion. They also provide a Gravity rating. This is calculated by Clickbank’s algorithm to show how well a product has been selling over the last 12 weeks. As an example, Okinawa Flat Belly Tonic is a superstar product with a high Gravity rating and a high average percent conversion. If you drive traffic to your affiliate link for this product, you would be earning an average of $132.51 for every sale. Those are the kinds of stats you want to see for a product you would potentially promote.

Again, you want a quality product that’s doing well and that will give you some nice commissions. In my case, I do also make an effort to find subscription services that will be paying me every month. That’s free money in the bank!

Affiliate Marketing With Clickbank Case Study: Custom Keto Diet

Screen grab of Peter Pru showing how to use Clickbank

As part of the live Clickbank.com demo, we took a deep dive into one product with great potential for affiliate marketing. Custom Keto Diet is one of the top sellers in the Keto diet niche, a category that’s definitely hot right now. This product is also a subscription service, which is excellent. You can see on their profile that Custom Keto Diet pays their affiliates $21.31 every month for each purchase made from your link.

Every business on Clickbank.com will have a variety of great resources to help you sell their product. The better you can do, the more sales you can generate for them. Custom Keto Diet is a great example of this because they truly offer everything you need to promote the product. If you decide to market Custom Keto Diet, the first step is to generate your own unique link and head over to their page for affiliates. This is where you can learn much more about the product and also get a wealth of content that will help you promote it. You can find a ton of slick, professional images of the product to use for social media, blog posts, and anything else. They also have testimonials of the product, videos, and even fully-written email templates you can blast out to your list.

So it really is that simple and easy with affiliate marketing. Whether you’re choosing Custom Keto Diet or a product in a completely different niche, Clickbank makes it easy; you’re not going to have to go create your own offer stack images or anything like that. You just go in and use their content in a way that makes sense for you.

Why Paid Ads and Affiliate Marketing Don’t Mix

Influencer doing affiliate marketing with Clickbank via videos

The affiliate marketing business model is obviously much easier when you already have an established business in a specific niche. You simply leverage your audience and existing infrastructure to make some extra money. If you’re a newbie to ecommerce, the big temptation with affiliate marketing is to try to use paid ads to drive traffic to your affiliate link. But I’m telling you right now — because I don’t want you to lose a bunch of money — that it’s really hard to make that kind of business work. Some people can manage it, but it’s rare.

The reality is that your profit margins from earning a commission are way too slim for using paid ads. The business you’re trying to promote is ALREADY running those ads on Google, Facebook, Youtube, and everywhere else. You’re basically going to end up competing against them for those clicks. That doesn’t make any sense, and it’s not profitable for you. The business you’re promoting will make the numbers work much better than you can with your 50% commission.

The Bootstrap Method of Affiliate Marketing With Clickbank

If you really want to make your first dollar on the internet through affiliate marketing With Clickbank, you need what I call the Bootstrap Method. You’re basically pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps with the compelling content you make to market the product. All you have to do is purchase the product and then use it. You can even potentially write to the business on Clickbank.com to ask if there’s a discount code for affiliates. Obviously, choose something you believe in and something that’s relevant to you. Then, make a video on Youtube reviewing the product. Be as thorough and interesting as you can. If possible, make it a journey. Cover multiple days of your progress using the product, how your thoughts evolve, etc. Post a link to your affiliate link in the description box!

Create the same content in the form of a blog, and again add your affiliate link. Now you’re in a position to begin ranking when people are searching for reviews of that product. This is something consumers do all the time, organically. Getting some commissions that way is the absolute best way for someone without a business to begin making money with affiliate marketing.

5 Passive Income Ideas That Work

Passive income is the money you generate with minimal or zero effort after an upfront investment. It eliminates the limitation of time from your ability to earn, so you can make money in multiple ways concurrently. Additionally, you get peace of mind and more time for personal interests and development. Read on to discover five proven passive income ideas you can implement to generate thousands of dollars.

1. Dividend-Paying Stocks

If you invest in a company with dividends, you earn a portion of their profit based on your investment size. In other words, you become the corporation’s shareholder, and you’re entitled to an annual or quarterly dividend.

Choosing the Best Stocks

Consider investing your money in dividend aristocrats. These are a select group of S&P 500 companies that have paid and increased their dividend base for at least 25 consecutive years. Investing in stocks with such a track record reduces the risk of losing your money.

As long as you’re earning a dividend every year, your investment is safe, and you’re making extra money for free. What’s more, your passive income from dividend aristocrats grows year in and year out.

The amount of money you can generate from stocks depends on the percentage of share price a company pays in the year. Therefore, it’s prudent to shop for stocks with high dividend yields to maximize your return.

For example, you might find a company with an annual dividend yield of $2.00 per stock. That might sound like nothing much. But what if you invested more and purchased 200 stocks? You would effortlessly earn $400 from the company that year as passive income.

2. Selling Physical Products Online

Screengrab of Peter Pru discussing dropshipping

Many consumers like buying commodities online due to the convenience of placing orders from home and waiting for a delivery. They can also access a wide range of products and prices on different ecommerce sites.

While online shopping was growing organically over the years, it made a dramatic leap in 2020 due to COVID-19. Lockdowns due to the pandemic forced even those who were skeptical about ecommerce to develop online buying habits. That’s one reason why online sales have recently skyrocketed, and you can even make a full-time income as a dropshipper.

Where to Source Products

There are two fantastic sources of physical products for resale: AliExpress and Alibaba. AliExpress is a great starting point for buying items at wholesale prices and dropshipping them to your customers. Use either platform to establish your best niche and winning products.

For better margins and more profits, move to Alibaba to stop overreliance on a few suppliers from one region. The platform features worldwide manufacturers and distributors, giving you more price options for the same product.

You’ll want to partner with reputable suppliers who have been in business for several years. Focus on building a relationship first instead of pushing for rapid supplies, especially if you’re looking for long-term business.

Ask the supplier to quote prices for different quantities of an item, say 50, 200, 1,000, 5,000, and so on. You’ll be surprised at how drastically prices can fall as you increase your order. Your selling price should include all the costs of sourcing the product and shipping it to your customer, plus your margin.

3. Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing means selling other people’s products and making a commission off the sales. It’s an excellent passive income opportunity when you have an audience on social media and other digital channels.

Find a business that offers products and services you think your audience will buy and promote their affiliate links. Build a list of customers or people who follow you or engage with you online. Then define a touchpoint where you can promote relevant affiliate links.

Be sure to promote products that you’re familiar with (preferably commodities you have used). Potential customers will be more confident if you can answer basic questions about what you sell.

Where to Find Affiliate Products

One of the best places to find products to sell through affiliate marketing is clickbank.com. The platform has many digital and physical products you can promote online and earn commissions. Choose an affiliate product link and promote it through your social channels, email, website, blog, and other online platforms.

4. Selling Digital Products

Screengrab of Peter Pry discussing how to sell digital products

Professionals and industry experts can make easy passive income by creating and selling digital courses relevant to their field. You can sell ebooks, podcasts, and other digital resources on various subjects.

If you want a digital product that gives you almost 100% margin, try selling private label right (PLR) products. These are ebooks and video guides that you can buy once and do whatever you want with them. You can edit them, put yourself as the author, resell them, give them away for free, and so on.

Refining PLR Content

While PLRs have great content, most of them come in simple formats, like plaintext ebooks. You have to make them more attractive to your audience and customers, or they won’t read them.

Fortunately, there are many free and paid tools for improving these digital products. If you don’t have the time or don’t want to learn how to enhance PLRs, sites like plr.me sell ready-to-use content.

5. Real Estate

One of the most rewarding industries is real estate, especially if you own rental property. It’s a great business since you have a tangible high-value asset that generates long-term passive income.

Single-family units are perhaps the most sought-after houses since newlyweds and small families are always searching for new homes. You can net hundreds to thousands of dollars of passive income per month. Buy and rent out whichever real estate property you find marketable.

Where to Find Homes for Sale

Most people with real estate experience will agree that Zillow is ideal for finding houses for sale. The platform allows you to narrow your home search based on your preferences and budget.

Zillow also provides an estimate of the monthly costs associated with maintaining a given property. Add your mortgage, property taxes, and HOA fees to estimate a reasonable rent amount for a home before even buying it.

A good strategy is to ensure that your tenant pays the mortgage and other expenses. You’ll earn free money from the rent after paying off your monthly mortgage amount.

Joining Ecommerce Empire Builders: How One Dropshipper Went From $0 to $10,000

In this review, we’re going to breakdown the success that Will Jackson experienced with his dropshipping business after joining Ecommerce Empire Builders. As one of our $10k Club members, he managed to skyrocket from zero to $10,000 with the help of Clickfunnels and an overall winning strategy. Here we’ll review Will’s experience, goals, and the ways in which he intends to further scale his business.

Jumping Straight Into Sales Funnels and Finding a Niche

Will’s dropshipping journey began around three years ago. He quit his job and decided to start his own online business, with minimal experience in marketing. Unlike many who start out in this arena, Will looked into sales funnels instead of setting up a Shopify store or using another eCommerce platform. In the process of determining what he should sell, Will discovered dropshipping and connected with a local dropshipper. Based on what he saw that dropshipper doing, Will started his first attempt at dropshipping.

Early on, Will began by posting his products on Facebook and hoping that he would generate sales in this way. But he understood that he needed to do more. His biggest issue was directing his focus on one area. He tried out a new idea every week to determine what worked and what didn’t, hooked on the rush of searching for that next big opportunity. However, he found that this strategy wasn’t getting the results he’d hoped for. So Will took a new approach that entailed signing up for a course during his off time at a new job.

Seeing Growth Through Graphic Design

Screengrab of Peter Pru and WIll Jackson discussing his first graphic design sale

Will wound up building a sales funnel in the niche he’s currently in. But he decided he had to focus on the effort full-time. After quitting his second job, he tried his hand at other jobs like coaching until a friend making seven figures through dropshipping requested Will’s help in building a Shopify store. From there, Will mapped out his next plan to build his own Shopify store. He was able to set it up with several products he’d gathered during his other work, including designs from his job in print-on-demand services.

Eventually, Will made his first sale with an ad for a PNG file he’d simply had saved on his computer. He realized that he had landed on a truly lucrative opportunity. Then his biggest success — which landed him in our $10k Club — came when he sold a Christmas design that he had made. This design quickly went from making nothing to pulling in upwards of $3,000 per day.

To help fuel his success, Will eventually stuck to a specific niche that he’s still in, catering to a specific audience. See how joining Ecommerce Empire Builders can help you find your own niche.

How Will Gets His Ideas for Design Products

As Will’s business developed, he began getting additional ideas from a website called Sorting Social. This tool sorts the most-pinned posts from Pinterest about nearly any topic imaginable. For instance, if you search for “dog T-shirts” on Sorting Social, you’ll be able to see a list of the most popular designs. From there, Will outsources his graphic design services to another graphic designer. The designer reengineers the top-ranking designs to be unique and sellable. For additional ideas, Will also uses eRank, which ranks the top-selling items on Etsy.

It’s worth emphasizing that while Will gets ideas from other existing designs, he sells original designs. Redesigning them to be his own is key to avoiding plagiarism accusations and potential legal issues.

Maximizing the Average Cart Value With Successful Upsells

To further fuel his dropshipping success, Will also includes a variety of upsells. These increase the average value of his carts. His upsell sequence works like this:

  1.  He begins with an order bump for mugs that feature the same design as the original purchase
  2. These offers are followed by hoodies and similar items based on the original design.

He now uses Clickfunnels to help put these funnels together. In addition, he uses Funnelish for Clickfunnels. Although he has yet to see how recently implemented upsells will increase his maximum cart value, he currently sells the initial designs for around $50.

Eyeing His First Million

After joining Ecommerce Empire Builders and experiencing an impressive level of success with his current setup, Will’s end game is to make his first million in sales by the end of the year. To drive that success, he’s already created his “vision board” to help him reach that goal. He also created a “Two Comma Club” mock award that could very well see an authentic replacement in a year’s time. Will also aspires to be Number 1 in his niche. He plans on accomplishing this by focusing more on quality than his top competitor and reaping those returns with a worthwhile investment.

To back his business and make those goals attainable, Will has a team behind him that he intends to grow. To start with, he currently has two designers, and he’s currently seeking a virtual assistant. His primary traffic also comes from Facebook Ads campaigns. But he plans to get involved in influencer marketing, which is huge in his print-on-demand niche.

Will’s Advice for Succeeding in Your Niche

Screengrab of Peter Pru and WIll Jackson talking

Based on his experience in dropshipping, Will recommends that people start with lots of research. He recommends these steps:

  1. Find out what others are doing in your ideal niche.
  2. Track their success.
  3. Determine how you can differentiate yourself from the competition, whether through improved product quality or an improved sales funnel.

Additionally, Will recommends sticking to it and not giving up when things appear rough, as things are likely to smooth out as you learn and grow. As much as you might want everything to be perfect from the start, it’s best to start putting yourself out there and gradually improving over time. If you spend too much time perfecting your funnel, ads, and other content, you’ll only be losing out on opportunities to start selling.

Finally, Will also suggests that you adhere to your Daily Six, or a daily routine that involves self-care. Joining Ecommerce Empire Builders and structuring your day for success will boost your productivity. Your business may be important to you. But it won’t succeed unless the person running it (i.e., you) is in the right frame of mind. Whether your morning routine consists of jogging, meditating, reading, or another refreshing hobby, taking time for yourself first is crucial for clearing your mind. It can also drive your continued success.

Using a New Sales Funnel Strategy to Make $10k in 7 Days

Today, we’re going to focus on how important it is to utilize the right sales funnel strategy — as well as the perfect formula for advertising on any platform. When it comes to dropshipping, it doesn’t matter what platform you’re using to drive traffic to your ecommerce shop: you want to see results.

With this project, we spent roughly $1,800 and within a week saw a return investment of over $10,000. The key takeaway we want you to have is that once you’ve pulled traffic in, you have to understand what to do with those online eyes reviewing your product. How do you utilize Clickfunnels to do more than pull a shopper in and make that initial sale?

What’s the Big Secret to Our Sales Funnel Strategy?

Many people think that there’s some big secret to dropshipping. While there are learning curves for finding the perfect formula, there’s no big secret to making sales. What you choose to do with the traffic visiting your dropshipping website is what defines your long-term success. For some reason, many people miss that opportunity.

Rule one with dropshipping: you need to be sending people to a funnel, not just an open-ended space. The average funnel converts roughly 10% of visitors, while the average Shopify store converts around 1.5-2% at most. You’re going to be targeting cold traffic, which will be completely new customers that know nothing about you or your product. You don’t have the benefit of already having a consumer-to-business relationship with cold traffic. So your goal is to use your sales funnel to gain their trust and make them into returning customers.

How Does The Sales Funnel Strategy Handle Cold Traffic?

Screen grab of Peter Pru discussing how to appeal to cold traffic

Rather than driving customers to a webpage with thousands of products, you want to directly target a single product with your sales funnel strategy. This means you have more chance to gain their trust, you can easily showcase the product, and there aren’t hundreds of distractions. The funnel is pitching a product to them virtually. So you want to ensure that the product advertised is clear, concise, and stands out from the competition. One of the best ways to do this is by advertising your bestseller. Everyone has one, and it’s easy to target cold traffic consumers with this product.

How It Works

For example, we took premium fishing lures, set them up on a specified landing page with an attractive offer. The funnel led consumers to a clean-cut page that showcased the product as a premium set of free fishing lures for a limited time. Not only did this attract cold traffic by offering a product to a targeted niche, but it pulled in consumers based on curiosity.

On the page, you could easily scroll and see the product, some high-quality imagery, testimonials, your standard 30-day money-back guarantee, secure checkout badges, and a short FAQ. The page was designed to have everything a consumer might worry about when choosing to trust an online advertisement from a platform like Google or Facebook. All of their questions about the deal were answered clearly and concisely to help build trust.

By offering a great deal with comprehensible material, we were able to attract more than a passing glance. This is the perfect setup for cold traffic. It allows you to turn it into warm and eventually hot traffic. You don’t need other buttons to other pages on the platform or anything that could distract potential consumers. You only need your best-selling product advertised with its benefits highlighted.

This strategy allows you to create assets by pulling in their email via the deal. Even if they don’t buy today, you’ve already won by having the ability to potentially get their attention back with your next deal.

Turning Cold Traffic Into Warm Traffic to Get to Hot Traffic

Peter Pru emphasizing the importance of keeping a sales funnel strategy simple

Now, you may wonder how cold traffic can be beneficial if it’s only for a single sale. The purpose of cold traffic isn’t solely to get somebody to buy a single product from your ecommerce shop. It’s to turn those buyers into warm traffic and eventually get them to that level of becoming hot traffic. While making the initial interaction is great, you want to take that cold traffic and turn it into the chance for something more.

To better understand the differences between the variations of consumer traffic, we’ll explain the benefits of each.

Cold Traffic

These customers aren’t familiar with your business. They’ve never shopped with you, and you’ll need to help them understand why they should purchase from you through the setup of your platform. These consumers aren’t on your email list. They don’t follow you on social media yet, and to put it simply, they don’t know anything about you.

Cold traffic is:

  • New to your store, which is great and means that you were able to get their attention briefly
  • Can convert into a returning customer so that you make even more from them in the future
  • Might potentially tell their friends about you if your product is something great, which can lead to even more traffic

Warm Traffic

This customer may not have bought from you yet. But they’ve been teetering on the line and are revisiting your page to potentially buy a product from you. They may have signed up for your email subscription already. But while they express interest in buying, they haven’t quite pulled the trigger yet.

Warm traffic is:

  • Slightly familiar with you, which means you’re in the home stretch of making them into a customer or a returning customer
  • Has probably been paying attention to your services for a while and is showing interest in what you have to offer
  • One step close to becoming your favorite kind of traffic: hot

Hot Traffic

This is obviously the best kind of traffic. It means that an onlooking consumer has pulled the trigger and decided to trust you. They make the purchase and wait for their order to arrive.

Make Things Simple With Your Sales Funnel Strategy

Now that you understand the importance of traffic, you can focus on how to make things as simple as can be for that hot traffic. This is where a lot of people mess up. Consumers don’t want an overly complex checkout system. If they’ve made it to this point, then they want you to continue being clear and concise. So make it simple and easy to follow through with a few clicks. Don’t continue to offer more products; just get to the checkout page. Make your deal clean-cut and simplify it. You’ve already won by turning them into hot traffic.

Once they’ve hit that complete order button, then lead them to additional special offers. This is the time for upsell pages that offer things like digital products, ebooks, and small items that encourage them to put more money in your pocket while still offering a deal.

From $0 to $40,000+ — An Inspiring Ecommerce Empire Builders Review

Empire builders, get ready to absorb some wisdom on how to get started with dropshipping and what it takes to become phenomenally successful. I recently got on a call with one of our Inner Circle members to learn all about his profitable business, which he took from $0 to $40,000 in just three months, and to hear his honest Ecommerce Empire Builders review.

What I love about Quang’s success story is that he’s a humble, hardworking guy with a hunger to learn as much as possible. It’s fantastic to see him executing all the strategies he learned in my flagship Empire Builders Academy course. He’s also taking full advantage of the customized sales funnel we created for him. Quang is well on his way to building an impressive empire, and I think all new ecommerce entrepreneurs can learn from his story. Watch his Ecommerce Empire Builders review and then keep reading for key insights.

Quang’s First Ecommerce Experiences: Trying Things That Didn’t Work

I’m sure most people can relate to how Quang first entered the world of online businesses. Like so many of us, he began dabbling in the traditional dropshipping and ecommerce strategies that you can find all over the internet. He wanted to succeed, and he was willing to put in the work, but that just wasn’t enough. Time and time again, he would have to give up. When Quang came across Clickfunnels a year and a half ago, he said, “Let me try again!” So he downloaded some ebooks, tried to follow their advice step-by-step, and invested his money.

But, Quang emphasized during this Ecommerce Empire Builders review call, he discovered that there are so many things that have to come together in ecommerce before you actually have that winning formula that brings in the sales. You might concentrate on one element, like having good Facebook ads. But then you’ll find you still have weaknesses in five other areas. You focus on your product, but your copywriting is no good. And on it goes. Well, that’s ultimately not going to work. He was spending more money on ads than he could earn in sales. Once again, Quang had to give up.

As I’m always saying, you need the whole package. That’s what’s going to set you apart to sell whatever you want online. A lot of sellers out there will load up on a bunch of products and just hope that something sticks. You need to focus on ONE specific product that sells. Then provide that product with all the elements of persuasive marketing.

How Ecommerce Empire Builders Changed the Game

Screen grab of Peter Pru and Quang talking

Quang joined the Empire Builders Academy towards the end of 2020 and hit the ground running in pursuit of his dropshipping goals. This guy is so determined to succeed that he took the course TWICE in 30 days, just to make sure he understood the material as well as possible. Crucially, Quang also signed up for our Business in a Box services. We provided him with everything he needed to launch his first product, including a customized dropshipping sales funnel that was designed just for him.

During those first 30 days, Quang was also actively researching the niche we picked out for him, following influencers in his market, and seeing what other people were selling. He was learning as much theory as possible during the course. But he also couldn’t wait to get his hands dirty on the day-to-day effort of the business. This success-oriented mindset served him well, and Quang was soon putting his sales funnel in action. He knew he was on the right track when those first sales started rolling in and all the Stripe notifications were blowing up on his phone.

Going From $0 to $40,000+ in Three Months

Quang launched his first product and saw sales right away. So what does he do next? He scaled that puppy up. Quang began growing his business by applying the fundamental principles he learned at Empire Builders Academy. That means testing, testing, and testing his ads to identify the ones that work and testing different interest groups. He was eventually able to scale up his funnel to reach $2,000 of profits a day!

Quang is still learning the ropes. But he was able to hit this sweet spot for about a week before he needed to pull back on his advertising strategy. That’s absolutely phenomenal for a new ecommerce business. He’s still bringing in a healthy $500-$1,000 a day and even expanding to new products.

That initial sales funnel we created for Quang will be the template for much more greatness to come. As we explained to him on our initial kickoff call when he first came to Empire Builders, you can use your customized funnel again and again. Once you get some traction with one product, you can start preparing to launch another one. It’s as simple as changing the core foundational pieces of that funnel and tweaking it to make sense for the next product.

Quang executed this advice beautifully and has already launched his second funnel. He began by researching his competitors in the new niche and learning from them whenever possible. He would even buy their products, take a look at their pages and incorporate any elements that could be useful. More importantly, Quang understands that doing well in this business is about:

  • Constantly testing your process
  • Adapting based on your results
  • Closing the deal on those sales

Building His Empire, One Funnel at a Time

Screen grab of Peter Pru and Quang discussing ecommerce success

During his Ecommerce Empire Builders review call, I asked Quang where he wants to go from here. He said he wants to “push this as much as I can push it.” Well said. That’s the mindset you need to build a million-dollar business, and I have no doubt he can do it. Quang is currently looking into opening a Shopify store to sell subscription products and generate a residual income. But, even as he’s actively managing multiple funnels, he’s planning to focus on one product at a time. You need that kind of concentration just to make sure you’re doing as much as you can and setting up each product for success.

I also talked with Quang about key strategies that can help him make his funnels even more profitable, like adding digital products in the order bumps. These upsells that take place right at the point of checkout are just like those candy bars that entice you when you’re waiting in line at the grocery store. Order bumps can add up to really big bucks and even offset the cost of your advertising.

When Quang reflects on first entering the ecommerce space, he focuses on a combination of two things: not following the right strategies and not having the right tools. With Ecommerce Empire Builders, he now had a professional team helping him build the bones of his business, even down to choosing a niche product for him, designing high-quality Facebook ads, and much more. Sure, you can build your own funnel. But there are a million and one things that have to come together. When you let the pros handle it and create that solid foundation, you can build from there with fantastic results.

I love seeing our students prosper and do big things! This business is not easy. It takes a lot of hard work, and there will always be bumps in the road. But there are also some amazing rewards. I have no doubt that Quang will be back soon n another Ecommerce Empire Builders review to let us know he’s grown his business into a 7-figure empire. How to Make a Resale Profit by Purchasing Pokémon Cards

In today’s experiment, we’re going to be taking on the challenge of purchasing $1,200 worth of Pokémon cards and flipping them on eBay to see what sort of return we can get on our investment. These hidden gems are something of a childhood memory for many of us. That’s what makes them perfect for the exploding market surrounding today’s home-niche sales. Pokémon cards are no longer a fad of the past; they’re a money-making deal. Learn how to make a resale profit by turning these collector’s items into a cash-making opportunity

Know Your Market, Do Your Research

In any industry, the first thing you want to do is learn the angles of the market. With most categories, you’ll find a consistently changing field that experiences highs and lows. However, if you spend a little time exploring and learning about the product, you can use it to determine the best strategy for how to make a resale profit.

One of the strategies I’m using with our Pokémon challenge is utilizing my research time to:

  • Learn about the hottest cards
  • Find the best deals on cards
  • Turn around and flip that purchase to make more money than I originally spent

This strategy helps you gain insight into what potential buyers are looking for and what items are profitable.

To start things off, I quickly turned towards my research to better learn about the current market for Pokémon cards. This included learning how to distinguish between rare and everyday cards. I also discovered the difference between shadow and shadowless cards. During this period, I learned that collectors and sellers of Pokémon cards, as well as many card retailers, often use a PSA grading system to help determine the worth of each card. It operates on a 1-10 scale. This helped me conclude that, rather than aiming for the best of the best, I would drop to a PSA 9 rating. Then I’d try to upcharge from there once I had my collection together. This decision left me hunting PSA 9 graded cards, base sets, and 1st edition shadowless cards.

How to Make a Resale Profit by Looking for Deals

Screen grab of Peter Pru explaining eBay filters

Throughout the process of hunting down additional cards I could flip and get a return on, I utilized sorting capabilities on eBay’s platform to give my buying strategy an extra boost. I discovered that on the left-hand panel of the platform, I could do more than sort for the most recent posts. Using the website’s ‘sold’ filter, I was able to see which PSA 9 cards had recently sold and how much they sold for. This was helpful when it came time to hunt for the best deals. This also helped craft my strategy of sorting for the most recently posted cards and making a bid.

My basic endgame strategy for finding cards I could get a return investment on looked a little something like this:

  1. Research recently sold PSA 9 cards to determine the best price range for purchase.
  2. Filter my search to the most recently posted cards.
  3. Make a bid.

What I Learned About Finding Deals

During this time, I learned that most people who’d just listed wanted to get their card out and get it sold. This strategic focus helped me score the best deal, and I even found a pack of 6 PSA 9 graded, 1st edition cards that were shadowless for $260. Each of these cards was selling individually for $100 or more on average when I did my research.

Another lesson that humbled me throughout my shopping experience is that mistakes are learning points. We all make them, and we all learn from them. I got a little overly excited about a Machamp 1st edition, PSA 9 graded card and possibly overpaid for it when it popped up. What I thought was a really good deal at a low price for a high-quality card may have been overkill and could have put my ROI at risk. I thought the card was shadowless, but after looking at my purchase, I realized it was not.

How to Make a Resale Profit by Controlling the Perception

Once my newly purchased Pokémon cards arrived, it was time to get them back on the market to see if I could flip a return. One tip for listing your items for resale is to see what identical products have recently sold for. This can help you price items to make sure you’re not overcharging. It can also help ensure you don’t undercharge and lose out on profit.

One way you can control the perception of your cards is by taking high-quality photos. Place them in front of an LED light if you have one, and use a camera that can focus on the distinguishable features to help show off how well taken care of the product is. This is another great way to bring in serious buyers from the marketplace.

Testing the Waters of How to Make a Resale Profit

Peter Pru going over the resale value of his purchased cards

After doing my research, hunting for the best deals, and preparing for resale, it was time to test the waters with this challenge. The cards were placed back on eBay with the highest rate they’d recently sold for, and bids began rolling in. Each card was available for auction and had an instant purchase option at a set rate.

The same night I posted my listings, influencer and well-known Youtuber Logan Paul posted a video stating that he’d be buying a $200,000 box of Pokémon cards and unboxing it. This led to a surge in buyers scanning the market for the best deals. I decided to take my listings down for about a week to see if the market increased.

This threw an unexpected curve in the challenge. But it helped when it came to putting the cards back on the market and seeing a return. The 1st edition Machamp card I thought would potentially cost more than I’d get a return on sold for a little over what I’d paid. A buyer asked to bundle it with a second card. Between the two, I gained $400+ back on what I’d originally spent. That left six cards to see even more of a return on.

Shortly after shipping the sold cards out, I found another great deal on three additional cards and quickly flipped them for another profit. This addition put us over the edge to complete the challenge. It also left me with a few more cards to keep up on the market.

How to Make Money Online in 2021 With This Free Clickfunnels Template

Regardless of what you’re selling online, sales funnels are the key to a successful ecommerce business. However, many entrepreneurs just starting out aren’t sure how to set up their funnels, or they’re wary about trying them. The fact is that, without a proper sales funnel in place, you’re going to struggle. To help you get started, we’ll go over how to stage your business for success with our free Clickfunnels template. You can download this sales funnel today and make it your own.

Start With the Squeeze Page

When you’re running any kind of online store, there are many aspects to think about as you get started. The advantage of a sales funnel is that it redirects your focus to the person you’re selling to instead of the storefront itself. As you first get into sales funnels, you’ll want to begin with the squeeze page. This is a landing page or opt-in page that hooks people into the sales funnel.

What Squeeze Pages Do

In short, the squeeze page is the page that you send your customers to when they’re about to order your products. In our free Clickfunnels template, our squeeze page sells a “Shooting Trainer” that basketball players can use to work on their shooting skills. You might bring people to your squeeze page from Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or other sources. The page will highlight a single product instead of a bunch of them. This helps ensure you connect with a specific audience. As a result, if someone isn’t interested in this particular product, they’ll be likely to click away. But active shoppers stay on the page.

How to Set Up an Effective Squeeze Page

Screen grab of Peter Pru discussing a squeeze page in a free Clickfunnels template

Ultimately, you’ll want your squeeze page to get people to become leads during the first step. This means entering shipping information such as their name, address, phone number, and email address. After submitting their information, people will be in your database, allowing you to contact them later.

Once they’ve opted in during Step 1, they’ll enter Step 2, which will allow them to select a specific product and enter billing info to complete their order. For example, in our free Clickfunnels template, people can choose to buy one or two basketball trainers through our offer. You can use Step 2 to list quantity breaks and discounts; highlight appealing offers to further drive sales for greater quantities of products.

Additionally, we have a one-time offer of an ebook download below the billing info. It’s a “Basketball Mastery Guide,” which makes it easy for customers to add this to their order. This is essentially free money for us: the ebook cost us no more than $10 once, and we can repeatedly sell it for $15 to multiple customers through this order bump.

Remember the Real Purpose of a Sales Funnel

As you develop your squeeze page, keep in mind that the main purpose of a sales funnel is to generate assets for your business. This primarily consists of emails and phone numbers that enable you to promote new products and other offers. Secondly, you’ll want to use your funnels to maximize the average cart value by getting people to spend as much as possible on initial sales. This is huge for helping keep up with the costs of maintaining your business. Finally, your funnel should also maximize the overall lifetime value (LTV) through repeat sales, which generate consistent, predictable revenue.

Take Customers to an Upsell Page

Once customers have completed their order on the squeeze page, it’s time to lead them to your first upsell page. Don’t feel limited to one or two upsells, either. You can lead people to as many upsells as you want, all of which are one-click opportunities that make it easy to add more items to their order instantly. While people can choose not to add these items, many people are likely to be interested in purchasing additional products if they’re relevant to their initial order.

With more upsells comes a bigger increase in the average cart value. This can lead to increased revenue that you can then use to improve your ad campaigns. This will give you even more of a competitive edge. It’s important to remember the adage: “He who can spend the most to acquire customers wins.” With ample upsells and a maximized average cart value, you’ll be able to afford more ads that flush out the competition.

In our free Clickfunnels template, we’ve included two upsell pages: one for a “Limited Edition Shooting Strap” that corrects posture, and one for a pair of “Pro Skill Trainer Gloves” that allow for a better grip. Both of these go toward boosting the value of the average cart when people buy our Shooting Trainer through the squeeze page.

Offer a Form of Continuity to Maximize LTV

Ecommerce business owner creating a sales funnel

As we mentioned, the main goal of a sales funnel is to generate assets in the form of leads. All cold traffic should go through a sales funnel regardless of what you’re selling, with focus areas on specific products that attract equally specific audiences. First, you can maximize the average cart value through initial sales and upsells. Then you can conclude with continuity that maximizes the lifetime value of your customers. Once you’ve made that initial sale, you need to keep customers coming back to you with some type of continuity.

Continuity could include subscription boxes, digital memberships, and other offers that help generate income on a yearly or monthly basis. In our free Clickfunnels template, we create continuity in the form of a one-click upsell. People can pay $14.97 a month for weekly industry secrets that can improve their basketball training. That adds up to impressive compound interest that keeps the money coming in.

Subscription boxes are always a great option here if you’re offering physical products. You can work with a supplier like AliExpress to put together your boxes and ship them to customers.

Regardless of the subscription you implement, a focus on continuity is vital for generating consistent revenue and enabling your business to grow without the need to spend more on ads.

Complete the Funnel With a Thank You Page

After taking people through your squeeze pages, upsells, and continuity offers, you can complete the interaction with a “thank you” page. But this page can include more than an order confirmation and a message thanking customers. It can also include additional affiliate offers or links to Shopify stores, further boosting sales.

Get the Results You Want With a Reliable Sales Funnel

Screen grab of Peter Pru giving an overview of the essential components of a sales funnel

We encourage you to try this free Clickfunnels template with your bestselling products and see how well they perform. With a complete sales funnel that includes a squeeze page, multiple upsells, and continuity, you can see a significant increase in:

  • Conversions
  • Initial sales
  • Long-term customer relationships
